ADHD
ADHD is a neurodivergent diagnosis that signifies difficulty with attention, organization, task initiation, scheduling, and a whole lot of other executive functions (ADHD is NOT just about attention). Some areas that people explore include:
Time management
Organization
Navigating school or work assignments
Initiating self-care tasks
Processing past harms or anxiety that come from experiences with having ADHD
Navigating intimate relationships

Chronic Pain/Illness & Disability
Chronic pain and chronic illness can be deeply devastating for people, and have a significant impact on our mental well-being. Clients might be interested in discussing:
Adapting to a new way of living
Grieving the loss of identity
Grieving the loss of what their future used to look like
Managing appointments, medications, etc.
Navigating the healthcare system, and coping with medical burnout or medical trauma

Spirituality
Spirituality is about appreciating and connecting with other beings, which may or may not include a higher intelligence. While some include religion into their spiritual search, this isn’t always the case. There are endless areas of discussion with spirituality, but some people might want to talk about:
Finding purpose or meaning in their life
Identifying personal morals/values, either in connection or especially outside of religion
Seeking answers for trauma or difficult circumstances
Incorporating spirituality or religion into coping with anxiety, depression, life transitions, etc.
