What is Co-Working?
Sometimes it can be difficult to get started on a project, or to stay focused on a task. For some people (especially those with ADHD, but not exclusively!), one way to combat that procrastination is to set a dedicated work time with someone else.
What does Co-Working Look Like?
In professional co-working, we would set up a time block (typically an hour) to work together, virtually. Once we meet, we would set some goals, give you some time to get focused, and let you work (with 1-2 check-ins). We usually finish a session with some review of your goals and your completed work, followed by affirmations and celebrations!
