Co-Working Services

What is Co-Working?

Sometimes it can be difficult to get started on a project, or to stay focused on a task. For some people (especially those with ADHD, but not exclusively!), one way to combat that procrastination is to set a dedicated work time with someone else.

What does Co-Working Look Like?

In professional co-working, we would set up a time block (typically an hour) to work together, virtually. Once we meet, we would set some goals, give you some time to get focused, and let you work. We usually finish a session with some review of your goals and your completed work, followed by affirmations and celebrations!
